We want you to love what you receive from us. Every pukapuka and item is created and packaged with aroha—but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on what’s possible and your preference.

Returns and Exchanges

Because we’re a small kaupapa-driven press with limited print runs, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any pātai before purchasing—we’re happy to help.

International Orders

Delivery times vary by country, and customs delays are out of our control. We can’t offer replacements for parcels marked as delivered, but if your order hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
